Service description
Booktly is a software-as-a-service product sold to licensed contractors. The contractor is the merchant of record for any goods or services they offer; Booktly facilitates communication between homeowners and the contractor.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the service to harass, defraud, or send unsolicited messages.
- Do not attempt to circumvent security measures, rate limits, or anti-abuse systems.
- Do not provide false or misleading information about yourself or your project.
SMS & calling terms
By providing your phone number and opting in to receive messages, you agree that Booktly and the contractor you contacted may send you text messages relating to your consultation request. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance.
Disclaimer
Booktly's automated systems handle scheduling and follow-up but do not provide legal, code-compliance, warranty, or pricing advice. All quotes, warranties, and contractual terms come directly from the licensed contractor following an in-person consultation.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Booktly is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
