Booktly (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides an AI receptionist and chat assistant service to licensed window and door installation contractors. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when homeowners interact with our contractor customers' phone lines and websites.

What we collect

• Contact information you provide (name, phone number, email address, service address).
• Project information you share (scope, timeline, budget tier, ZIP code).
• Transcripts of chat and voice conversations with our automated systems.
• Metadata such as IP address, browser type, and timestamps for security and abuse prevention.

How we use it

• To qualify and schedule consultations with the installer you contacted.
• To send appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-up messages to which you have consented.
• To improve the quality and accuracy of our service.
• To comply with legal obligations, including consent and opt-out recordkeeping.

SMS & messaging consent

We only send SMS messages to phone numbers that have explicitly opted in, either by checking a consent box on a contractor's chatbot or by verbal agreement during a phone call with our voice agent. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for assistance.

Mobile information (phone numbers collected for SMS purposes) is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell SMS opt-in data.

How we share information

• With the contractor whose phone line or website you contacted, to fulfill your request.
• With service providers (telephony, hosting, email delivery, calendar integrations) under contract.
• When required by law or legal process.

Data retention

Chat and call transcripts are retained for up to 24 months for quality assurance and compliance. You may request deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing support@booktly.ai.

Your choices

• Reply STOP to any text message to opt out of SMS communications.
• Email support@booktly.ai to request access, correction, or deletion of your information.
• California residents have additional rights under the CCPA — see “California privacy rights” below.

California residents may request disclosure of the categories of personal information we collect, how we use it, the categories of third parties with whom we share it, and may request deletion of personal information collected from them. To exercise these rights, email support@booktly.ai. We do not sell personal information.
